According to TMZ, a woman named Kathryn Marie Hinich decided charges against Lindsay Lohan. According to this woman, Lindsay Lohan reportedly tried to assassinate him and even hire a hitman to end his life. However, his complaint was dismissed by the police at the lack of evidence to support the charges.
